The Historically Black Neighborhood Assembly has its first meeting this Saturday, hosted by the Smoketown Neighborhood Association with Books and Breakfast Louisville.

"An open housing rally and march began at Memorial Auditorium at Fourth and Kentucky where the arrests occurred. It ended nearly a mile away in front of Police Headquarters at 7th and Jefferson where leaders arranged the release of those arrested."
